GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.The position leads and directs Purchasing, Material Handling, Fulfillment Planning & Scheduling, Shipping / Receiving and Cycle Counting. This position is the senior management position in Supply Chain at the location and is responsible for the quality, delivery and productivity of their suppliers, cost effective and efficient warehousing services, outsourcing, asset procurement, inventory control, customer satisfaction and Fulfillment scheduling.

SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1.Oversees Purchasing operations
2.Supports procurement of materials, supplies and assets
3.Works with our vendors and suppliers
4.Makes outsourcing recommendations
5.Ensures that third party operations in the supply chain are not impacting the facility's performance negatively
6.Responsible for inventory management and accuracy
7.Coordinates efforts with the Transportation Manager
8.Oversees shipping and receiving departments
9.Coordinates product assembly and distribution
10.Responsible for the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
11.Provides cost benefit analysis
12.Responsible for the identification and communication of areas of bottlenecks
13.Works with product management to help ensure new product launch is successful
14.Key member/leader of project teams that involves accessories. Determine and identify economic opportunities and develop/execute plans to implement the opportunities.
15.Negotiation, planning, and project management skills
16.Other duties as assigned

PRE-DETERMINED QUALIFICATIONS:
1.BA or 5+ years of experience, MBA preferred, running a Class A fulfillment operation
2.Experience dealing with international suppliers preferred (not required)
3.Proven experience in purchasing and supply chain management
4.Excellent communications and admin skill-word processing, filing, organization, etc.
5.AS400 experience preferred (not required)
6.Microsoft Office Proficient

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
1.Requires long periods of sedentary work.
2.Some light lifting
