Guests Arriving via Plane or Train from South Bend Regional Airport

Shuttle Service
Conn-Selmer Institute will provide shuttle service between the airport and Bethel College Sunday, June 7th and Wednesday, June 10th.    If you require transportation before or after the hours of operation, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Guests Arriving via Plane from Midway or O'Hare Airports

Conn-Selmer will not be providing shuttle service from Midway or O'Hare Airports.

Travelers who choose to take the train to the South Bend Regional Airport from Chicago need to take the Blue Line to Millenium Station where they can then transfer to the South Shore Line into South Bend.

Time Zone Alert:  Chicago is on Central Time and South Bend is on Eastern.  Make sure to factor the hour difference into your travel plans!

Lodging Information

On-Campus Housing
Guests who wish to take advantage of on-campus housing need to make indicate that at the time of registration.  An automatic room fee of $99.00 will be added to the price of registration.

Off-Campus Housing
Conn-Selmer Institute has reserved a block of rooms for a discounted rate of $94.00 per night at the Marriot properties in Mishawka, Indiana for guests who choose to stay off-campus.  If you wish to take advantage of this special pricing, call 574-273-9900 and mention program code CSGO when you place your reservation.   

Shuttle service from the Springhill Suites to Bethel College will run from 12:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Sunday, June 8th, from 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., Monday, June 9th through Tuesday, June 10th and from 6:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 11th.

***Shoes: You will need a pair of closed toe and heel shoes for the factory tour.  
Any person without proper footware will not be allowed on the tour.

General Information

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch an Dinner will be served in the Dining Commons.

Parking: There are no parking restrictions on the Bethel Campus unless otherwise marked.

Factory Tours:  Closed toe and heel shoes are required.  Due to extensive walking, comfortable shoes are also recommended.
***Please notify your tour guide if you have a pacemaker
